Today’s WOD

5 min EMOM: HS hold 20-30 sec

8 min to build to max in the following complex:

2 push pres

2 push jerk

+

10 min AMRAP

5 burpee box overs 24/20

7 thrusters 95/65

9 T2B OR V-ups

 

Trainer’s Tips: do 2 push press followed immediately by 2 push jerks. 10 min AMRAP of 3 movements, keep moving!
