5 min EMOM: Dips (use appropriate reps and scaling option)

+

2 sets of 10 reps – behind the neck snatch grip strict press

+

5 k row with a partner – switch every 250m (do 10 sit ups during rest)

 

Trainer’s Tips: some pushing strength to start, followed by some aerobic power work
