Today’s WOD

5 min EMOM: 5-10 Dips (use appropriate scaling)

5 Rds

1 min AMRAP burpee box overs (step up and over box)

1 min Rest

+

4 Rds for time:

25 wall balls

50 DU’s

 

Trainer’s Tips: Dip work to start, followed by some 1:1 work rest burpee box overs. Finish off with some wall balls and DU’s, a great combination.
