Cirillo - 5pm class

Thanks to everyone who came out and participated in our  Cirillo Tribute WOD on Tuesday.

Today’s WOD

2 min max rope climbs OR 3 min max pistols

+

8 min to build to a max in the following complex:

3 strict press

5 push press

+

2 sets of max rep push ups – rest EXACTLY 1 min b/t sets (score is total reps)

+

15 min AMRAP

3 power cleans @ 185/125 (70% ish)

3 front squats

3 shoulder to overhead

Trainer’s Tips: do 3 strict press, than go immediately into push press. Go all out on both sets of push ups, don’t game it. Last piece should be heavy and hard
