Today’s WOD

 

HS hold – 5 min EMOM 20-30 sec

+

Deadlift x 5, go every 90 sec x 4 sets – build per set

+

15 min AMRAP

30 DU’s OR 75 singles

10 Power snatch @ 115/80

1 “loop” with sled pull

 

Trainer’s Tips: we’re back to doing some HS holds as well, go for an appropriate time for you.  For the amrap you may need to start at different spots for the sleds
