We had a beautiful sunny day for our Fall 5k/3k run this year. Congratulations to everyone who came out and participated. We had quite a few first timers ripping up the course so way to go guys!!!

10 HPC @ 155/105

10 Pistols/leg

Run 400 OR Row 500m
