Today’s WOD

Find a tough single bench press in 8 min

Rest 2 min, then…

3 AMRAP sets @ 85% with 90 sec rest b/t sets

+

5 Rds for time:

1 Rope climb (use method from Wednesday)

5 Deadlifts @ 255/165

8 burpee box jumps 24/20

Trainer’s Tips: use same rope climb as Wednesday for WOD.  note number of reps on bench press @ 85%…this says a lot about who you are as an athlete, powerful and explosive, “average”, or enduring
