Today’s WOD

Hand stand/Push up work 5 min

  1. HS hold 25 sec at the top of every min x 5
  2. Wall walk hold 25 sec at the top of every min x 5
  3. “Perfect” push ups – 25 sec AMRAP at the top of every min x 5

10 min Find a tough single power snatch OR power clean

+

16 min EMOM

Odd: Row 10-20 cals

Even: 10-20 Box jumps

Trainer’s Tips: time is added to skill work from last week. See how your power snatch/clean compares to your hang power snatch/clean from last week. Simple conditioning wod that shouldn’t beat you up too bad, but will make you sweat!
