Today’s WOD

Hand stand/Push up work 5 min

  1. HS hold 25 sec at the top of every min x 5
  2. Wall walk hold 25 sec at the top of every min x 5
  3. “Perfect” push ups – 25 sec AMRAP at the top of every min x 5

In 10 min find a tough single deadlift

+

Every 30 seconds for 5 min – 3 tough deadlifts (60% ish)

+

10 Min EMOM

15 Air Squats

10 Push ups

Trainer’s Tips:  lots of deadlifts, maintain form over load. Simple test at the end, get the work in and rest. Adjust reps to make appropriate for you
