Today’s WOD

In teams of 2 with just 1 person working at a time

3K row switching every 500m

100 Wallball switching every 25 reps

100 Push ups switching every 10 reps

100 Pull ups switching every 5 reps

3K row switching every 500m

Trainer’s Tips: Try to find a partner of equal strength. Work/rest ratio will be close to equal so it should allow you to put in hard efforts and possibly keep the sets unbroken. Is sub 30 minutes possible? With quick transitions and totally unbroken, I think it is.
