4 rounds, 30 sec work/30 sec rest, max reps of:
- Pull Ups/Jumping Pull-ups
- Box Jumps 24/20
- KB Swings 1.5/1.0
- Wall Balls 20/14
Trainer’s tips – 30 sec rest after each exercise will seem like a lot during the first round…try to maintain the number of reps from the 1st round through to the final round. The sit-ups will provide a nice break between the Wall Balls and the Burpees.
