A note from Shaun……

 I’m writing my last exam at university, and will be moving back home at the end of the month.. So exciting but sad at the same time. I had an amazing time over these past six months working out and training with some awesome people, and great coaches. Thanks so much for everything, and thank you to Joanne and Lance for allowing me to be a part of the CrossFit Kitchener experience, and finally, thanks to the wonderful coaches whom made training here that much better!
Thank you once again for everything, and hopefully I get to see you before the end of my membership. Maybe squeeze in a workout too!

Dips – every 90 sec, 3-4 reps @ 31X1, 5 sets

For time:

60 DU’s OR 150 singles

20 Deadlifts @ 275/195 (60% ish)

40 Push Ups

60 DU’s

20 Power clean @ 205/145 (70% ish)

40 T2B

60 DU’s

20 Power Snatches @ 135/95 (70% ish)

40 Push Ups

60 DU’s

Trainer’s Tips:  Fairly heavy chipper with some skill and technical stuff thrown in there. Keep form tight, keep moving, keep breathing
