Dips – every 90 sec, 4-5 reps @ 31X1, 5 sets

+

30 sec on 30 sec off  x 5 HS hold

+

With a 6 min countdown

3 Rds of:

1 Rope climb OR 3 Muscle ups

15 Deadlifts @ 225/155 (50% ish)

Then…in remaining time AMRAP HSPU’s OR Wall walks

+

6 min AMRAP

20 Lunges (10/leg)

5 HPC @ 155/105 (50% ish)
