 Today’s WOD

Dips – every 90 sec, 5-6 reps @ 31X1, 4 sets

+

For time:

1 mile run…then right into

15-12-9

Power cleans @ 185/125 (60%ish)

Box Jumps 24/20

Then right into a 1 mile run

Trainer’s Tips: reps down on dips this week, form and tempo over load. Time complete when finished second run
