Pull ups – every 90 sec, 6-7 reps @ 31X1, 4 sets (See August Programming Update for explanation of “31X1”)

Power cleans – every 90 sec, 2 reps @ 80-85%, 4 sets

+

5 Rds for reps

1 min row for calories

1 min wall balls

1 min rest

Trainer’s Tips: Focus on tempo for pull up work, go heavy on PC’s and try to be consistent on all 5 rds.
