Beth had enough of reading so she decided to do some “Tabata Sit-Up’s in the sand and came up with the anchoring method on her own. Brilliant!

Today’s WOD

“The Chief”

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

10 min row/run @ 60-70%
