Today’s WOD

Squat – ANY style, 4 sets of 7-9 reps, rest 90 sec b/t sets

then…

3 Rds for time:

20 KB snatch, alternating (10/side) @ 2.0/1.5

40 DU’s

2 Rope Climbs

 

Trainer’s Tips: Squat any style, hopefully you’re practicing what you need to, reps are higher this week, if you hit the upper number ADD weight. 3 Rds should be tough, but quick
