EMOM x 10

Odd: Sled drag (backwards)

Even: 45 sec plank

+

For time:

100 Pull ups

75 Russian KBS @ 2.0/1.5

50 Burpees

25 Power Snatch @ 155/105

12 Muscle ups OR 100 Walking lunges (50/leg)

 

Trainer’s Tips: First piece is a solid warm up, go hard, but not all out. If 100 pull ups is not appropriate for you (it’ll mess you up for a week), scale the reps
