Today’s WOD

10 to find your max in the following complex:

1 Power clean

1 Front Squat

1 Hang Squat clean

Then @ 70-80%

EMOM x 10

1 Power clean

1 Front Squat

1 Hang Squat clean

+

Tabata – alternating b/t wall balls + Russian KBS @ 2.0/1.5

 

Trainer’s Tips: Complex is for skill and strength work, EMOM should be tough, but doable. Tabata to finish off the WOD.
