Run Group will be held at Bechtel Park Thursday night at 6pm. Meet in the far corner by the playground.

Today’s WOD

Find a max load in 12 min on the following complex:

1 Power clean

1 Hang power clean

1 Hang squat clean

1 Squat clean

10 Rds for time:

10 Wall balls

10 Deadlift @ 225/155

Trainer’s Tips: Fo the barbell complex, build til failure, work on form/technique. Good challenge for part 2, keep form and back tight!
