Today’s WOD

3-5 Wtd Pull ups every 90 sec x 5 sets (or Negatives/strict etc)

For time:

50 T2B

Then 5 rds

3 Power Clean @ 225/155

5 Deficit HSPU’s or Wall walks

Then finish with

50 Hollow rocks

 

Trainer’s Tips:  Build up your pull up power, use appropriate level of challenge. Only 1 set of T2B and Hollow rocks, and 5 of the middle piece (make it hard!)
