White Board Gone Wild!

Today’s WOD

1 Back Squat every 2 min x 5 sets, build per set
+
EMOM x 10 (same weight for each)
1 Squat clean thruster
2 Push Press
4 Front Rack lunges
+
5 min Row for total Meters
Trainer’s Tips:  Build to a max if feeling it on squat.  Hang on to bar for entire complex, go every min x 10. Row test
