EMOM x 10 @ 90% of part 1, 2 reps PC
EMOM x 10
Odd: 6 wtd lunges in front rack position
Even: 10-15 pull ups/C2B
Trainer’s Tips: Similar test to last week, but with Power Cleans. The lunges are 6 reps per leg. Have Fun!!!
