Today’s WOD

10 min to find a tough single bench press
Then…
Every 2 min, 3 reps @ 85% of part 1, x 4 sets
+
10 min every 30 sec perform:
1 Squat clean OR squat snatch
2 Front Squats OR OHS

Trainer’s Tips  Same test as yesterday but with bench press. Choose your poison snatch or clean work. Do both parts every 30 sec x 10 sets = 20 sets
