Hard effort row (for the full minute, your meters in the end will be your team score)
7 Burpees (Rest to the remainder of the minute)
10 Box jumps 24/20 (Rest to the remainder of the minute)
Trainer’s Tips: Its all about the row! The burpees and box jumps equate to probably only 20 seconds of work or so, but will become challenging in later rounds. When you are done the box jumps, get over to the rower to help your teammate transition out at the switch so you can get in as fast as possible. Try to keep your transition at 10 seconds or less. Your score in the end will be the total amount of accumulated meters as a team.
