Trainer’s Tips: Just want people to have the chance to work on their snatches or their cleans. I know I don’t program in snatches too frequently, but there’s a reason for that, that I don’t want to try and explain in 2 sentences. In any case, choose your poison, and go heavy and challenge yourself on the WOD.
