15 min to find a max clean OR snatch

+

12 min AMRAP

3 Power Clean or Power Snatch (Heavy…like 80% of max)
7 HSPU’s or 2 Wall walks
200m run

Trainer’s Tips: You’ve got the option of working on either your clean or your snatch today in both the strength component and the workout. If you really want you can mix and match too. Focus on form and then worry about the load. For the workout, go heavy, and treat this as a strength metcon.
