Trainer’s Tips: The BTNPP/J is the starting lift for the Overhead Squat so make sure that your grip is the same. It is not a lift that we practice often, so if you are not comfortable going heavy, just practice the lift at a lighter weight to try and gain comfort. For the amrap, these are 3 tough movements with the rep scheme of the first 2 being just out of most people’s capabilities of keeping it unbroken. Even if you can do 1 or 2 rounds unbroken, you will have more to gain by breaking them up right away.
