Front Squat – 10 min, build to a tough 3

Trainer’s tips: Front squats, get warmed up and you should be close to hitting a 3RM in the 10 minutes given. For the workout, it’s long and tough. Find a rep scheme breakdown that works for you and stick with it (ex 6,5,4). Keep an eye on the clock so you don’t rest too much between movements. Be prepared to sweat and be drained from head to toe.
