Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Looking good lads! Nice shirts!
Small update, I’m in LA this weekend, back to San Fran this coming week, then Kitchener at some point in the next two weeks. Then back down to the Carson Valley. I feel like a total gypsy, but the good news is I’ve landed a 6 month contract. I miss all of you and CFK bigtime. Can’t wait to see everybody. Check out the links below, this is the hike I’m going on today:)

I ordered you an ART shirt…super tight compression shirt so stay away from those pancakes and syrup in the next couple of weeks.
