Today was a great day, even after 3 WODS my body is feeling pretty good.
Good job everyone, some tips to help recover, cold showers, rest and good nutrition, if you can, go see Sarah(massage) or Rob(chiropractor, acupuncture,active release)
Good Job today everyone! It was another one of those days where if you could bottle the energy in the gym, you would be a millionaire! I don’t know how many p.r’s were set during “Grace”, but it seemed like everybody did. And that’s an hour after a hard 3k time trial.

its all sarahs fault for supporting my partying with a beer store gift card lol jk jk… I had to get one more day of partying out of my system before I start the paleo challenge LOL….I will make up for it ,,,

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
