Vicky…I know I just gushed on Facebook about it…but that was a killer time! Way to go. I know I have done 2 days in a row…but I want to do 3…then 4…then 5…
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
This is gonna be awesome! Also, yay burpees!

Another garage WOD for me:
6 rounds
5 KB C & P
10 burpees
15 situps
Was gonna do 20 min AMRAP but the KB turned off my watch at 9 minutes. Just enough burpees to get me caught up again!
