Thanks to everyone who came out and supported us on  our Grand Opening Day.  A special thanks goes out to Donna at Mountain Top Nutrition who provided everyone with some awesome pre/post recovery drinks and bars.
Great job to everyone who participated in the “300″ Challenge. Tracy, Chris and Vicky all beat their previous times by a long shot. Way to go guys!

    Both Rick and I needed to do 102 burpees today to catch up so here’s our WOD. Why does it seem so much easier to do the burpees within a crazy ass WOD instead of on their own???

    100 situps
    5 push press/5 sdhp
    102 burpees
    5 push press/5 sdhp
    100 walking lunges
    5 push press/5 sdhp
    100 push ups
    5 push press/5 sdhp
    100 squats
    5 push press/5 sdhp

    Dianne – 37:31 – pushups from knees, 48lb for pp/sdhp
    Rick – 42:15 – strict push ups and lots of plates for pp/sdhp
