5 rounds of “Cindy”-5pull-ups
-10 push-ups
-15 Squats
10 Clean and Jerks 135/95
When you are done you end up with 15 rounds of Cindy and a full 30 rep Grace

Does CrossFit work?
When I started CrossFit in Joanne’s basement I was doing crunches on a stability ball. I could hardly do even one sit up with my feet anchored. I progressed through the different scaled versions until last night. I did 40 sit ups without any anchor on my feet at all!!!! This is amazing and I am so proud of myself. Thank you eveyone for all the motivation.
