For time:
25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

We’ve been posting the daily wod the night before since Feb. 10th and it really feels strange not to post something…..sooooo just to keep things fun and light, I will give you all a hint for tomorrow’s wod. It’s a whole lotta stuff and no it’s not the filthy 50′s!!!

There’s reps of 20, 30, and 50 of all sorts of things! It looks like a lot when it’s posted on the board, but surprisingly got it done in 23 minutes this AM!

The ONLY WOD I want advance notice on is the Filthy Fifties. That one destroyed me last time… but, strangely, I look forward to doing it again.

A whole lotta stuff! What a great WOD! Woulda been quicker if I’d tattooed the WOD onto the back of my eyelids
