We’ve noticed that some people will not come out if we post a wod that they don’t like. We especially notice a poor turnout when there’s lifting involved in the workouts. The aim of CrossFit is to create a well rounded athlete who is competent in all 10 domains of fitness so we want to make everyone of you strong in the areas where you are weak. We all have our weaknesses and that’s why we need to do the things we enjoy the least to make us well rounded.
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
I love the lifting WOD’s! I am also certifiable…so that’s not saying much.

Yes, I can tell. You were ripping it last night like a champ. I am pretty sure you were doing 135 on your squats, yes? Nice pic btw.

20 weighted pull ups with 30lbs

First round was like 5 minutes, fell apart after that…what a sweat show!

All caught up on my burpees!
18+19 on Saturday and 20+21+22 today. Probably shouldn’t fall behind anymore as the numbers get higher so as not to kill myself.

I hear you, just missing a day or 2 sucks. Laura made up over 100 last night, it was pretty funny. I think closer to 200!
