Most of you are probably wondering why the wod hasn’t been posted over the last 2 days. We’ve noticed that some people will not come out if  we post a wod that they don’t like. We especially notice a poor turnout  when there’s lifting involved in the workouts. The aim of CrossFit is to create a well rounded athlete who is competent in all 10 domains of fitness so we want to make everyone of you strong in the areas where you are weak. We all have our weaknesses and that’s why we need to do the things we enjoy the least to make us well rounded.

    Yes, I can tell. You were ripping it last night like a champ. I am pretty sure you were doing 135 on your squats, yes? Nice pic btw.

    4 rds for time

    100ft of walking lunges with 30lb dumbells
    30 box jumps @ 24″
    20 weighted pull ups with 30lbs

    time 28:07

    First round was like 5 minutes, fell apart after that…what a sweat show!

    All caught up on my burpees!

    18+19 on Saturday and 20+21+22 today. Probably shouldn’t fall behind anymore as the numbers get higher so as not to kill myself.

      I hear you, just missing a day or 2 sucks. Laura made up over 100 last night, it was pretty funny. I think closer to 200!
