50 Air Squats

We are closed today, but this is something you can do from home. Just find a 400m route and get going! Hope to see everyone back in tomorrow fresh and ready to go after the long weekend.

    25 pushups
    25 squats
    25 kettlebell swings (20#)
    25 X 2 one-armed kettlebell swings (20#) each

    WOD = 15 min
    Now, I’m jumping into the pool with my gym clothes on!!!!
