Today’s WOD

“Team Challenge”

Shuttle Run 1-5

Burpees 6-10

Push-ups 11-15

Sit-ups 16-20

Box jumps 21-25

Starting with the run, the first person will complete 1 round (200m) then the second person will complete 2 rounds (400m) then the first person will complete 3 rounds (600m) until 5 rounds are completed.

The next exercise is the burpee so one partner will complete 6 and then the  other partner will complete 7 and so on until you get to 10 rounds. This pattern will continue with all the other exercises until each team reaches 25 total rounds.

To anyone that wants to do a workout on Monday the 3rd, I will be at the gym for a couple of hours doing my own training. I’m not sure what time I’ll be in yet, but will have a better idea by morning – it will likely be in the early afternoon. If you’re interested in coming in and trying something you’ve missed or just want to work on some things that you need practice on you’re more then welcome – Lars
