CrossFit Kitchener 337

For those of you trying to figure out how much weight Lauren is deadlifting, I believe it is 235lbs while doing her CrossFit Total.

Today’s WOD

5 rounds for time

400m run

12 Deadlifts @ 225lb boys/155lbs girls

    Felt pretty good today doing this. Didn’t crash on the HSPU’s like I have before.

    Thanks Paul. Yes it was 235lbs. Haha, by the looks of my face it seems as though it was quite strenuous. I’m trying to keep up with some Crossfit workouts here at my parents place but it’s not the same. I’ll be checking out Crossfit Oshawa next week.
