This Thursday our 5 and 6pm classes will be cancelled at the gym as we will be at Bingeman’s helping Energy for Life Fitness celebrate their 1 year anniversary! We will be doing a group WOD at 6pm at Bingeman’s for anyone who wants to participate.

I’m bummed…
I was completely set to do this one today after work and realized on my way there I forgot my shoes!
Did a 5km run instead. Don’t know my time, I need a new watch!

Better than sitting on the couch Vicky! Besides, the Oktoberfest run is around the corner so gotta get those runs in! Good for you!!
