    Hey Lars,

    Congrats on the new gym. Did this workout today and did it in 13:56. Did it last month in 16:35. Good workout.

    30 Muscle-ups for time: 11:54
    I was on pace for sub 10min, then I started missing at 22. I got back on track and didn’t miss again until 28. Nailed 29 and 30 though.
    Not bad.
