Rest Day
We would like to thank everyone who came out today, from both our 9:30am (pictured above) and our 11am (sorry, forgot to take a picture) class. The day was a huge success and we realize that we couldn’t have done it without the help and support from all our friends and family.
Just a reminder, we are offering free classes until June 13th. Come on out and try a class no matter what your level of fitness is. All the workouts can be scaled.

We are offering FREE workouts from June 6th-13th, so please check our schedule for more details.

From there click on a class that you wish to attend and then click ‘TRY THIS CLASS FOR FREE’. From there you should be able to register.
