“Kalsu”

On the minute:

Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep thrusters (135lb) on the minute.

The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters.

    To everyone that did that workout today, congratulations! That was a brutal workout and everyone who completed, scaled or not, did an amazing job!

    Who F*&kin’ made this one up!! lol. It was totally killer! Made it to 64ish with 45lb and 5 burpees but had to scale down to 35lb and 3 burpees for the rest.

    Good benchmark workout.
