Just a reminder that Lars will be teaching a series of lifting classes starting this Wednesday and Friday at 7pm. We are asking everyone to participate in these classes as they are a big part of our program and will be of great benefit to you.

Hi Lars,
Just wondering if we need to sign up for the class on Friday?
I would love to attend and may have 2 other friends join me for the 7:00 class as well.
What time is the gym open until that evening?

Stephanie, just come on out and bring your friends. The class at 7 is just a lifting class though, we won’t be doing the “Workout of the day”. That is the last class, and the gym will close afterwards.

Had to drop to the floor for the K2E’s after the 2nd round – can’t afford to rip up my hands in my line of work.
Thanks to Lance for keeping me honest on my jumping pullups and for starting my way to doing full K2E’s. Very exciting!
