Today’s WOD
“Fight Gone Bad”
Wall-ball : 20lbs,10ft target for boys, 14lbs, 8ft target for girls
Sumo-Deadlift high-pull: 75lbs boys, 55 lbs,girls
Box Jumps: 20″ box for boys, 16″ box for girls
Push-press: 75lbs boys, 55lbs, girls
Row: 1 point per calorie burned
Rotate to each exercise after 1 minute . Rest 1 minute in between each round for a total of 3 rounds.










According to the CF main site, FGB is only 20″ box jumps…

Not that 24″ wouldn’t be fun and all, I just wouldn’t want it to mess with my official results

I didn’t know you could play skins v. shirts in x-fit? i’m hoping to make it in for some work-outs once school’s fin-eat-toe! see y’all then. rick

Messed up a few times on the double unders, and the sit ups were slow…room for improvement.
Hang power cleans – 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1

I think the 260 is a personal best, gotta check. Wasn’t pretty, but I got it!
