150 Push-ups
400m Run
Do as many push-ups as you can (strict form) to failure. Run 400m. Repeat the push-ups again to failure and run 400m. Repeat this pattern until you reach 150 push-ups.

Great job Lance! How many times did you run? I would love to try this one but don’t think I could run 150 x 400m!

5 HSPU’s
10 Push ups
15 Push press @ 95lbs
20 Dips
I was 6 dips shy of 5 rds. Brutal muscle failure, not so much cardio…
