    21 Pulldowns @ 150
    21 Leg lifts
    21 snatches @ 40lbs right arm
    21 Pulldowns @ 150
    21 Leg lifts

    Time: 20:04

    Good workout, didn’t need to slow down too much and kept up a good pace.
